Modern Art Masterpiece 4

I feel like the other one wants to get a Cheeto, but is unable to. Why can't he get to the chip? I imagine it's due to some mild inconvenience like not having a booster stool present or having arms too stubby to reach across to grab it. 

At the auction for this, I'd sell it for 12,535,695 USD exactly. Nothing more, nothing less. (That is, of course, counting tax.)

Rated MATURE for some moderately impactful phycological deeper meaning I'm too bored to see.
